Ecommerce supermarket is provided as a managed online service to our customers on a monthly charged basis. Ecommerce supermarket integrates all the components necessary for a fully operational online store.

- Support including technical help, design development services and (Search Engine Optimisation) SEO services
You will also need to obtain:

Ecommerce Supermarket is a Hosted fully featured Ecommerce solution. This means you do not have to worry about web servers or hosting configuration, we take care of that for you. We have a dedicated team of Server Administrators who work to ensuring the security and reliability of the hardware and connectivity used to host your online store. All our servers are located in the UK.
By using a hosted shopping cart solution like Ecommerce Supermarket, our customers benefit from regular free upgrades to their Ecommerce solutions and significant discounts on new features that our Ecommerce Development team releases periodically. We charge reasonable go-live and monthly fees and our policy is to re invest heavily back into our Ecommerce solutions, constantly improving it for our customers and their end consumers.

Ecommerce packages
Ecommerce Supermarket's Ecommerce solutions come in packages. Any Ecommerce Package includes a fully functional Shopping Cart website with online checkout, a front end design of your choice, and back-end Administrator access. Therefore, no matter which package you order - you will always get an online store that is ready to sell your products or services online! Packages have been design to provide maximum flexibility and scope for different types of businesses of different sizes. Each of the main packages offers many configuration and functional options.
We offer our customers four main ecommerce packages. Besides common Shopping Cart features and design, different packages contain certain advanced features that differ from one package to another. You can find out more about our Ecommerce packages here.
At Ecommerce Supermarket we understand different online businesses can require very different advanced features, and we have built Ecommerce Supermarket to be as flexible as possible to address generic and specific business needs. As your business grows you can easily upgrade or downgrade form one package to another, with features more suitable for the size or requirements of your business. Alternatively you can keep using the same Ecommerce package and simply add certain advanced features (modules) without having to switch over to another package! We will always advise you when it is more cost effective to upgrade your overall package plan.
Design templates
Having the right design for an Ecommerce site contributes significantly to the site's success! Ecommerce Supermarket offers several design options for you to choose from.
You can use one of our existing design templates. Each comes fully pre-integrated into our Ecommerce packages. Choose one of our existing design templates to get your new online store up and running without further delay! Our design templates are created by our dedicated team or Web Designers. You do not need to pay for design integration if you choose one of our templates, and this significantly reduces your go-live fees. You may need to pay a license fee though if the design template of your choice has been created by a 3rd-party web designer (e.g.TemplateMonster.com).
Alternatively you can provide us with a design template of your choice (in PSD, PNG, HTML format) and we will integrate this into your new online store. Design integration like this costs a little extra. We to confirm any extra costs with before proceeding with any integration.
Our qualified Web Design team is at your service should you require a really unique design template for your Ecommerce web site! Please contact us to discuss your requirements. We will provide you with a FREE no-obligation quotation and once you've given us the "go-ahead", our Web Design team will create design mock-ups of several key pages of your new online store. We will then ask you to approve the mock-ups or provide your comments and suggestions on how to improve them further. We will later integrate your unique Design template into your Ecommerce Supermarket online store. In addition, we guarantee that a design template created for you will not be used by any other customer of Ecommerce Supermarket.
Sign up process
Are you ready to sign up to get your new Ecommerce web site?
You can either register online or contact us to let one of our friendly Sales Advisors assist you with choosing the best package for your online business and help you through the sign up and configuration wizard.
You can choose to pay immediately for your store or enjoy our 15 day trial period. Please note that we will require payment in any event before your store is connected to any payment gateway or any live domain names re-directions are put in place.
The process is simple.
A Free 15 day trial is available on all our packages. You can work with your new online store during this time, testing its features, adding products, and configuring the design. There are two limitations of the trial version: your Ecommerce web site will remain on a special ecommerce supermarket URL unique to you (something like www.ecommercesupermarket.co.uk/your_store_name), and there will be only one payment method available - Cash on Delivery. Credit card payment interfaces are not available until you have signed up for an ongoing package and paid your one off go-live fee. This also applies to any domain name registration, re-direction services and email accounts.
Any work you have done on your store can be saved and will be available on your live website after payment.
When ready to go live ensure that you have paid your single setup fee – this will ensure you can choose your chosen live URL and test successful connections to your live payment gateway account. You are then ready to go live. Your ongoing monthly rental will be charged. You site may be suspended if you miss your regular payments.
